3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include your identification, the description of the material removed, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your relevant district.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

CreditOmni reserves the right to terminate access to the website for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyright.
